There is absolutely no requirement or pressure to purchase but when you find out what it can mean to you and your family, we believe you'll want to.

What if I have to re-schedule?

If you need to re-schedule notify us at least 72 hours prior to your confirmed arrival date, to avoid additional charges. Our usual cancellation policy is 7 business days and it is on our confirmation letter.

Is it all inclusive?
A:
Your package includes a standard hotel deluxe accommodations, access to all hotels and beach club (stay at one play at all) , welcome breakfast or lunch with a private viewing of the resort on the second day of your arrival.l

Is airfare included?
A:
Airfare is not included. We feel is more convenient for you to find your own airplane tickets that will allowed you to travel at any dates you want.

What if I could not use my package within 12 month?
A:
As long as you let us know in writing before it expires we can still extend it for another 6 month with no charge.

What if I did not activate my package within 30 days?

What airlines fly to Cancun?
A:
East cost: New York, New Jersey, Detroit: Spirit Air Lines has direct flight to Forte Lauderdale and then to Cancun for 1 more hour. The stop over is simple. Visit www.spiritaire.com
Baltimore and Washington DC have direct flights to Cancun with Mexican Airlines. American Airlines and Continental Airlines fly direct from all the east Cost region as well as US Air. Is a great connection for the Midwest and several airlines fly Atlanta – Cancun.
For the South including Florida and Georgia it is very simple with Spirit aire . It is just 1 hour flight as well as Mexicana and American Airlines. Atlanta Is a great connection for the Midwest and several airlines fly Atlanta – Cancun.
Central region: Texas, cities like Dallas and Houston are the biggest HUB for Continetal airlines which serves for connections coming from the west cost central North and Canada as well.They are non stop daily flights to Cancun which only takes 2 hours from these cities. All other major airlines fly from these cities too. Denver, Colorado is a dynamic citiy that sends flights to Cancun with North West and Frontier airlines. Phoenix, Arizona sends passangers direct to Cancun and Mexico City with America West Airlines.
From California there are flights from San Diego, Orange County, LA, San Francisco with all major airlines making a stop over in Mexico City or Guadalajara and then proceeding to Cancun. Direct flights are available from LA with Mexicana and Alaska airlines.
CANADA
VANCOUVER, ALBERTA, CALGARY, ONTARIO etc all fly to Cancun either via USA or via Mexico City to Cancun. Some charters are available from these cities as well as from USA cities with USA 300 and CANADA 3000 or Air Canada. UK has 6 to 9 airlines and charters on a weekly basis flying to Cancun. Birmingham, London, Manchester with airlines like Britannia, Thompson Air, Fly Tomas Hook as well as major airlines as Virgin Atlantic, Delta, American Airlines from London with stop over in Miami. Miami to Cancun is only 1 hour.

Check in is at 4:00 pm. Check out is at 10: 00 am (Hospitality Suite is available upon request for earlier arrivals and late departure.)

What if I have 3 kids?
A:
Children from 0-6 do not have any extra fee for the accommodations, even if it is the 3rd child. We will accommodate you at Laguna Suites Golf & SPA and provide you a suite unit for your better comfort(www.lagunasuites.com.mx). Kids from 6-12 will pay an extra fee of 50 US per day. This can be paid upon reservation.

What if both of my children are not under 12 yrs old. Do I have to pay something extra?
A:
Children from 12 yrs old and up will be considered as adults and will be paid upon reservation at 50 US per adult/ per night.

Do you have handi-cap facility?
A:
Yes. They are available at most of our resorts and are spaced on availability.
